A real player grade vintage guitar with lots of changes, but also lots of mojo! Plays great, with a lovely neck profile. Neck date is October 1968. Weight is 3670g.<\/p>\n<p>Changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1974 Fender bridge pickup that has been rewound &#8211; original bobbin, but later wire<\/li>\n<li>Non-original neck and middle pickups<\/li>\n<li>Built-in preamp system. Bottom pot is bypass, and the middle pot is a push-push which adds the bridge pickup to all positions. Battery compartment routed into the back.<\/li>\n<li>Pots, switch and wiring changed<\/li>\n<li>Refretted with jumbo frets<\/li>\n<li>Nut replaced<\/li>\n<li>String tree added to D and G strings<\/li>\n<li>New side dots on fretboard<\/li>\n<li>Unoriginal shielding in pickup cavities<\/li>\n<li>New bridge saddles<\/li>\n<li>Original pickguard, modified for easier truss rod access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1968 Fender Stratocaster in lovely faded original sunburst finish.
