Carvin HF2 Allan Holdsworth Fatboy BRUGT
DKK 14995
The legendary Allan Holdsworth had many Carvin signature models over the years, and here’s one of the coolest!
The Carvin HF2 Allan Holdsworth Fatboy is a USA-made semi-hollow electric that features a chambered mahogany body with a carved flame maple top, set mahogany neck, and an ebony fretboard with a very flat 20″ radius, which was Holdsworth’s preference.
The scale length is 25″, and the nut width measures 43 mm. This model has 24 jumbo frets, all in like-new condition, and a nicely chunky neck profile. The fixed bridge uses tune-o-matic style saddles with a string-through body design. Electronics are a pair of Carvin H22 humbuckers (bridge and neck) with by a master volume, master tone, and a 3-way selector switch. Weight is a nice and light 3.3 kg.
This example is in excellent cosmetic and playing condition with no significant wear. The natural gloss finish highlights the wood grain of the carved maple top nicely. This is a top quality instrument that plays as fluidly as Allan himself did.
Included with the guitar is a Roland GI-20 MIDI interface with its power supply. A non-original, heavily worn gig bag is provided, which fits the guitar, interface, and PSU.
