The Starplayer Special is loaded with a GrandVintage humbucker at the bridge for fat, snarling rock tones, while the Domino P-90 at the neck serves up crisp, biting clarity.

SOLID-BODY CONSTRUCTION
Contoured body made from Alder. Solid-Body constructions deliver instant response, a lot of attack and sustain and perfect feedback resistance. Alder is a versatile tone-wood known for its bright voice and versatility.

MULTI-TONE CONTROL
The Multi-Tone pot enables you to filter specific frequencies out of the pickup signal while also splitting the coils. It operates from a tactile middle stop position of the tone pot giving you both, a regular tone-blend and also a coil-tap.

PLEK PROCESSED
A Plek processed fretboard guarantees perfectly level frets. This is the basis for our multi-step fret polishing and setup work all done by hand that eventually makes all our instruments play like nothing you have ever played before.

The Starplayer Special combines a variety of different approaches to form an instrument which is both high quality but also affordable. Its Alder body is contoured for premium looks and playability and then fitted with a bolt-on maple neck. This combination presents exceptional sound and clarity which brings sweet thick tones and long sustain. Our bolt on maple neck and rosewood fingerboard deliver a distinctive attack and clarity not usually associated with this body type.

The mounted GrandVintage pickup – in combination with the slightly higher output CrunchBucker – delivers penetrating and powerful rock sound. The Multi-Tone control extends the possibilities beyond that with endless blend options and singlecoil tones.
