Woodstock Guitars

Lovely early 1983 Fender ‘62 Precision Bass Reissue, made in Fender’s original Fullerton factory. These early reissues, known now as “Fullerton reissues,” faithfully recreate the iconic design of the early 1960s Precision Bass, down to its vintage detailing.

This bass has been updated with EMG active pickups, powered by a battery concealed under the pickguard, with no additional routing performed. The original pickups are not included, but the correct 25k pots were installed to complement the EMG system. The original low frets remain in good condition, ensuring excellent playability. It comes in its original tweed case, which is also in good shape.

The neck date is February 7, 1983. The bass has seen significant use, with plenty of playwear, including nail marks on the lower bout. Weight is 3900g.

The Fullerton Reissues: Fender’s 1980s Tribute
