Woodstock Guitars

Introduced in the mid-1960s, the Fender Coronado series was Fender’s ambitious foray into the hollowbody guitar realm.

Departing from their solidbody norm, the Coronado’s unique design, featuring F-holes and a thin, double-cutaway body, was intended to compete with arch-rival Gibson’s successful hollowbody models.

This 1966 example in vibrant cherry sunburst is in all-original condition, and has the very desirable checkerboard-style binding, a rarely seen feature on these models. Includes non-original case.
