BRUGT

The 2011 Gibson 50th Anniversary SG Standard 24 celebrates five decades of one of Gibson’s most iconic models. Introduced in 1961 as a radical redesign of the Les Paul, the SG (“Solid Guitar”) quickly found favor with players drawn to its double-cutaway body and easy upper fret access, and biting tone. This special 50th Anniversary edition celebrates that legacy with subtle upgrades and a few rare features that distinguish it from the standard SGs of its time.

The 24-fret neck is of course a standout feature, while the comfy medium-profile neck feels superb. This guitar shows only minimal playwear (mostly light pickguard scuffs), with the frets in excellent condition and virtually like new. It plays beautifully, with low action and great resonance.

At just 2800g, this SG is lightweight and well-balanced, and comes with the original Gibson gig bag. A cool SG you don’t see every day!
