Production of the Gibson L5s began in 1972. It was essentially a”solid-body” version smaller and thinner than the popular and classic L5 jazz guitar.
This 1977 example was the most expensive solidbody guitar Gibson made at the time. It is original and in very good condition for its age.
Plays really great, with plenty of life left in the original low 70’s style frets. Includes original hardcase. Weight is 4200g.
