Skrydstrup R&D Overdrive 50 Stack

Here is a super rare, totally hand made amp built in Denmark by famous amplification systems designer Steen Skrydstrup. The Overdrive 50 is an absolute joy in terms of tone and dynamics, heavily inspired by the Dumble Overdrive Special, and with tones in the same family of fat warm clean tones to singing Robben Ford-style overdrive.

The amp is a two channel design with a built-in switchable boost function and a switchable A/B master volume that enables you to go instantly from rhythm level to solo level – without any additional units connected. The Overdrive 50 is 50W all tube using a pair of selected 6L6 output tubes, and features a tube buffered effects loop.

This is an epic and highly regarded amp, with impeccable build quality and design. Sold as a complete with with the matching Skrydstrup 2×12 cabinet.
