Taylor 522e 12-Fret BRUGT

The 522e 12-Fret is Taylor’s all-mahogany Grand Concert built around a short 24 7/8″ scale and a 12-fret neck-to-body joint.

In 2019 the model was the all-solid mahogany option in the 500 series, with the 12-fret design that shifts the bridge toward the center of the lower bout, which typically adds warmth and sustain. By this time Taylor had moved the line to V-Class bracing for improved intonation stability and dynamic range while keeping the smaller GC body size.

This example has standard minor playwear with frets like new. The ES2 pickup system is onboard works as it should. The understated look that suits the all-mahogany specification and just looks very classy. Original paperwork is included. Original case is included and is like new.
