Slim taper neck with cream binding, ebony fingerboard with mother of pearl block inlays. Gibson tuners, 1 11/16″ nut width, 24 3/4″ scale length. Double-bound semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. TP-6 tailpiece with Tune-O-Matic bridge. 5-ply black pickguard & gold hardware, 3 way toggle, 2 volumes, 2 tones, coil tap switch. Built in small numbers between 1978 and 1993, the ES-347TD is one of the scarcest and most versatile of Gibson’s thinline guitars. An upgraded ES-335, the 347 shares the center-block construction for enhanced sustain and feedback resistance. Like the 345 and 355, the 347 has upmarket features like the solid ebony fingerboard, all-gold hardware and a multi-bound headstock.
