SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide! Orders will be processed and shipped usually within one to three working days, provided the product is in stock.

Should the product not be in stock, we will order it from our supplier. In this case, delivery time of seven to 14 days is to be expected. If you have any enquiries regarding products that are not on our website, you are welcome to contact us.

COSTS & COMPANIES

Shipments are usually handled by GLS in Denmark, and GLS, FedEx, DHL and UPS internationally. International currency amounts below are live feeds so may vary slightly from your final charge, but it will be very minimal.

DUTIES & TAXES – EUROPEAN UNION

There are no further duties and taxes to be paid within the EU, the price you pay is the final amount you will be charged.

DUTIES & TAXES – REST OF WORLD

The buyer is solely responsible for any taxes, duties and customs fees charged in their country. This includes tariffs.

Shipping costs do not cover import fees like VAT, duties and other fees charged in the country of destination. VAT is calculated at your country’s local rate where applicable (or sales tax at state level for USA customers) and will be collected separately in your country.

We cannot advise on what these costs may be in your country, so we always advise to check the specific duties and taxes situation in your country before you buy. Once your order has been shipped, Woodstock Guitars cannot be held liable for any import costs or fees involved, and cannot be held liable for any returns charges if you request your order to be returned while it is in transit. In such a case, the original shipping fee and any other potential returns fees may be deducted from your refund.
