Returns

You have 14 days return on items bought in our web store. Your return right expires two weeks after the day that you:

  • Have received your product
  • Have the final product in physical possession, in situations where there are agreement on several different products in one order, delivered individually
  • Have the last part in physical possession when ordering a product consisting of several parts

You must notify us that you wish to return your item within 14 days of receiving your product. Notification must be given to Woodstock Guitars in writing, via email to info@woodstockguitars.dk. Please include your web order or invoice number.

You are required to clearly state that you wish to use your return right. You cannot simply refuse to take delivery of the product when it is shipped to you.

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return a purchased product, return shipping is at your expense and risk. You are also responsible for shipping the product back to us without any unnecessary delay, and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to invoke your return right.

Furthermore, the condition in which the product is found upon return is also your responsibility. The product must be packaged properly and delivered in the same state as it was upon reception.

Please add a copy of the receipt and/or invoice you were given upon purchase, so that it is easier for us to determine which order the returned product relates to as well as a description clarifying why you wish to return the product.

IMPORTANT: Returned goods MUST be shipped to the address above, they cannot be returned in person to our shops

Refund upon purchase via Web Store

If you wish to return your purchase, you will be given a refund equivalent to the price originally paid for the product itself.

Please note! Unless your product is faulty or not as described, we do not refund original shipping costs. In case of damage to the product which you are responsible for, the refund will be reduced.

By law we can withhold repayment until we have received the product you wish to return.

In accordance with Danish Law, we do not offer returns on software with broken seals or digitally downloaded, neither do we provide this on specially ordered products. For hygienic reasons we do not refund or return any orally operated instruments. Neither do we accept in-ear monitors if these have been used.

Condition of the product upon return:

You will only be charged with any potential impairment of the product caused by harmful handling and maintenance, i.e. you can test the product as you would in a physical store. If the product is used more than this, we consider it used and you will not receive a full refund depending on the state of the product, as well as the severity of wear and damage. In short: You may test the product, but not actually use it fully.
