Shipping costs DKK60 on orders under DKK2000. Orders over DKK2000 have free shipping in Denmark. Shipments are usually handled by GLS in Denmark, and GLS, UPS and DHL internationally. Contact us for a quote on delivery. International delivery is charged at cost.
Orders will be processed and shipped usually within one to three working days, provided the product is in stock.
Should the product not be in stock, we will order it from our supplier. In this case, delivery time of seven to 14 days is to be expected. If you have any enquiries regarding products that are not on our website, you are welcome to contact us on the number and email address above.

Warranty & Guarantee

2 years warranty
As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, as according to Danish Law. You can have your product exchanged and/or repaired.
The guarantee and warranty of the product is void if the fault is caused by the costumer, including incorrect software set-up, mistreatment and misuse of the product as well as incorrect use and application or lack of maintenance.
This also applies to instruments that are damaged by temperature changes and other environmental damage (e.g drying out)
Upon filing a warranty claim, it is a requirement that this is justified and demonstrable and that the fault is not caused by incorrect use or harmful behaviour. You must notify us (file your claim) within two months after discovery of any potential fault with the product.
Your reciept is proof that you have bought and paid for your product and also serves as your proof of warranty, so take good care of it!
You have 14 days return on items bought in our web store.
This right expires two weeks after the day that you:
a) Have received your product.
b) Have the final product in physical possession, in situations where there are agreement on several different products in one order, delivered individually.
c) Have the last part in physical possession when ordering a product consisting of several parts.
You must notify us that you wish to claim your return right within 14 days of receiving your product.

You are required to clearly state that you wish to use your return right. You cannot simply refuse to receive the product upon delivery.
If a purchased product is to be returned, you are responsible for the immediate expenses in connection herewith. You are also responsible for the shipment and/or delivery of the product without any unnecessary delay, and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to invoke your return right.
Furthermore, the state in which the product is found upon return is also your responsibility. The product must be packaged properly and delivered in the same state as it was upon reception.
Please add a copy of the receipt and/or invoice you were given upon purchase, so that it is easier for us to determine which order the returned product relates to as well as a description clarifying why you wish to return the product.
Refund upon purchase via Web Store
If you wish to return your purchase, you will be given a refund equivalent to the price originally paid for the product itself.
Unless your product is faulty or not as described, we do not refund shipping costs.
In the case of damage to the product which you are responsible for, the refund will be reduced.
By law we can withhold repayment until we have received the product you wish to have returned, unless you have provided documentation of doing so.
In accordance with Danish Law, we do not offer returns on software with broken seals or digitally downloaded, neither do we provide this on specially ordered products. For hygienic reasons we do not refund or return any orally operated instruments. Neither do we accept in-ear monitors if these have been used.
State of the product upon return:
You will only be charged with any potential impairment of the product caused by harmful handling and maintenance, i.e. you can test the product as you would in a physical store. If the product is used more than this, we consider it used and you will not recieve a full refund depending on the state of the product, as well as the severity of wear and damage.
You may test the product, but not actually utilize it fully.

Information given to www.woodstockguitars.dk is not distributed or given up to any third-parties and we never register or keep any sensitive personal information.
We do not encrypt stored personal information.
As registered in our database, you have the right to know what information we have about you. You also have the right to demand that we delete them, according to Danish Law. Contact regarding this should be directed to Woodstock Guitars.

Woodstock Guitars cannot be held responsible for typing mistakes, technical errors and/or difficulties as well as issues regarding our website, storage and stock errors, errors in specifications or prices due to lack of website update as we cannot be held responsible for price changes and differences, changes in currency and rates or sold out products.
Woodstock Guitars are in all cases without responsibility for any loss the costumer may experience due to delayed delivery.
