Gretsch 6022 Rancher Orange Satin 1994

DKK 11995

1994 Japanese-made Gretsch Rancher in the classic orange finish. This is one of the mid-90s reissue Ranchers built in Japan, revisiting the original 1950s G-75 “Rancher” concept with the triangular soundhole, bound top and back, and distinctive western styling, but with more modern build.

Frets are in perfect condition, neck feels great and guitar plays well. Standard playwear for its age but no cracks or breaks. The original G-branded Grover tuners have been replaced. The old screw holes are still visible but have been filled cleanly.

The pickguard is quite worn, but just adds to the overall “working guitar” vibe. A Fishman soundhole pickup has been installed. Weight is 2400g.

This Rancher offers the classic Gretsch take on the big-bodied flat-top with the added reliability and build quality of 1990s Japanese production. Original case included and in good condition.
