PRS Custom 22 Antique White 1999

This 1999 PRS Custom 22 in rare Antique White finish is a period late 90s Core model with a more understated look than usually associated with PRS guitars. The Custom 22 was introduced as PRS’ 22 fret double cut model, based on ideas from the earlier Dragon Series but built as a regular production guitar.

This example has heavy playwear throughout, with visible marks, dings and finish chips shown in the photos. The Antique White finish gives it a strong contrast to the more common transparent PRS tops, whilte the classic PRS maple “binding” gives it a very classy edge. It is clearly a guitar that has been used, but the frets are in fantastic condition and the guitar plays and sounds every bit as great as a Core PRS should.

The guitar has the classic late 90s PRS Custom 22 layout: carved maple top on mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, 22 frets, PRS tremolo, PRS locking tuners, two covered PRS humbuckers and 5 way rotary switching.

Includes original case, which is very worn and has an inner crack in the lid material, but is fully functional. Some paperwork is included. Weight is 3800g.
