Höfner is probably most famous for their iconic violin bass, used by Paul McCartney from the very early Beatles days, but actually has a long and broad history in rock ‘n’ roll, jazz, folk, etc.
In addition to the violin bass, Höfner also has the almost legendary Club bass, as well as interesting hollowbody electric guitars like Verythin (where we sometimes have exclusive colours), exciting jazz guitars and unique acoustic guitars with both steel and nylon strings.
Höfner has existed since 1887 and today is the largest producer of stringed instruments in Western Europe. Woodstock always has a wide selection of Höfner in stock, with an emphasis on electric guitars, basses, western guitars and classic guitars.
