The Furch Rainbow Series represents the very finest Furch Guitars have to offer. These are true Custom Shop instruments that start with top-of-the-line models which are then individually customized. In addition, both the soundboard and the back plate of every Rainbow guitar undergo Furch’s individual voicing process, an option normally reserved for the top-of-the-line Red models.

This particular guitar is based on Furch’s popular Grand Auditorium body shape, and features a solid Alpine spruce top with beautifully figured solid ziricote back and sides, an African mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard and bridge.

The guitar features extensive black walnut appointments, including body, fingerboard and headstock binding with contrasting white lines, walnut purfling with black and white lines, a walnut back center strip and matching tail wedge, and a solid walnut ring rosette. Further details include a ziricote headstock overlay, decorative fingerboard inlay, linear side position markers, and Gotoh 510 Gold Patina tuners with ebony buttons.

Finally, the guitar features Furch’s comfortable Bevel Duo design, with black walnut bevels at both the forearm and rib positions.
