Music Man Ball Family Reserve Sabre Coral Blue Burst 2021

The Ernie Ball Music Man Sabre is a modern double-cut solidbody with the company’s usual focus on precise machining, clean ergonomics and versatile electronics. The model uses a contoured body, 648 mm scale length, dual humbuckers and a Music Man tremolo, making it a high-end HH guitar with a slightly more refined, compact feel than many traditional designs.

This Ball Family Reserve version was part of the 2021 limited BFR run in Coral Blue Burst, made in only 60 pieces worldwide. BFR models are Music Man’s small-run instruments, often using special finishes, selected woods and specifications not found on the standard production models. This version has a figured flame maple top in Coral Blue Burst, natural binding, chrome-covered Music Man humbuckers, and a full rosewood neck with rosewood fingerboard. The combination gives it a very distinctive look, especially with the blue back and natural rosewood headstock.

This example is number 04 of 60 and includes the original case in great condition, certificate and all paperwork. It is a very resonant guitar, essentially near-new with only very minor playwear. The frets have no wear, and the guitar plays exactly as it should. Weight is 3600g.
