Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s Custom Color Pelham Blue

The Les Paul Standard 60s Plain Top returns to the classic Les Paul design, with specifications inspired by Gibson’s highly regarded guitars of the 1960s, but offered here in a range of less traditional Custom Color finishes.

It has a solid mahogany body with a plain maple top and no weight relief. The mahogany neck has a 60s-style SlimTaper profile and an Indian rosewood fingerboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets.

Traditional Les Paul hardware includes an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece and Grover Rotomatic tuners with Kidney buttons. Gold Top Hat control knobs with silver reflectors complete the 60s-style appearance.

A pair of 60s Burstbucker pickups with Alnico 5 magnets provide the electronics. They are hand-wired to two volume and two tone controls with Orange Drop capacitors. This Custom Color version is finished in Pelham Blue and includes a Gibson hardshell case.
