Guild M-25E 2020 BRUGT

The Guild M-25E is a compact, USA-made acoustic based on Guild’s long-running M-series design. Built at the company’s Oxnard, California factory, the M-25E takes the basic all-mahogany formula of the M-20 and adds several upgraded details, including body binding, a gloss-finished top and headstock, and factory-installed electronics.

The M body is Guild’s smaller concert-sized shape, with a 24 3/4″ scale and relatively deep body compared with many similarly compact acoustics.

This 2020 example is finished in California Burst and uses solid African mahogany for the top, back and sides, paired with a mahogany neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard and bridge. Construction includes scalloped X bracing, a bone nut and compensated bone saddle, and Guild Deluxe vintage-style open-gear tuners with cream buttons. The body is bound in white ABS, while the headstock carries Guild’s inlaid peak logo.
Factory electronics are an LR Baggs Element VTC system, with soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls.

Condition is very good overall, with minor playwear and a few dings on the back. There is also some minor wear and discoloration to the finish on the back of the neck in the cowboy chord area. Weight is 1900g. Original case included, with minor marks.
