B&G Little Sister Private Build 2018 BRUGT

The Little Sister was the model that established B&G Guitars, built in the company’s Tel Aviv workshop. The Private Build version was B&G’s fully handmade line, using a chambered mahogany body, solid figured maple top, set mahogany neck and the company’s proprietary brass hardware.

This example has a particularly strongly figured flame maple top over an African mahogany body, with a Honduran mahogany neck and ziricote fingerboard. The neck has a substantial vintage-style profile, with a chunky Gibson-like feel without being especially narrow or wide.

The pickups have been changed to Seymour Duncan P-Rails. These combine a P-90 coil and rail coil in each pickup, allowing several different coil combinations depending on the switching arrangement. The additional mini-toggle is not part of the standard specification and has been added to control the coil splitting on the P-Rails.

The guitar has minor standard playwear, frets are essentially like new. It plays very well and includes its original metal B&G pickguard in the case, never installed. All paperwork is included, including the COA, together with the original B&G-branded Ameritage hardshell case. The original pickups are not included.
