PRS CE22 Standard

This 1999 PRS CE22 Mahogany is a USA-made bolt-on PRS in a fairly rarely seen all-mahogany version. It has a fair bit of playwear, light surface marks, and minor dings around the body and edges. None of that changes what matters most here, which is function. It plays very well, the neck feels great, and the guitar has a resonant, lively acoustic voice with a slightly twangy edge for a dual-humbucker PRS.

Late-1990s CE guitars are especially valued now because they represent a mature period of PRS production, with consistently high fit and finish and very reliable hardware. This is a professional, road-proven USA instrument with real player wear, strong fret life remaining, and the kind of immediate response that makes it easy to bond with quickly.
